Great 1 Person Tent (For un-Tall People)
I bought this tent for its diminutive size, to put on a tree platform I made as a getaway. I needed it to be compact, and still realistically usable, and this did not disappoint. I read the reviews regarding size, and I'll confirm, as a 5'8" person, on a full sized (car camping style) REI sleeping pad with a home style pillow, I just fit length wise, comfortable, but snug.Width wise, I had only a water bottle on the side, and that was about all the room my big-ass pad left me on the floor. I did use the vestibule to shelter my shoes from rain, and that aspect was great. As for water-proofness, I found the tent itself to hold out the water well enough, but in my application, on a deck surface, rain water bounced off the deck and the over-spray definitely got in, but not like a leak, just like a splatter. I ended up rigging a tarp to cover for this issue, but can't speak to how it handles rain on a normal ground surface.Zippers functioned well, netting is very fine mesh, and altogether, I couldn't be more pleased. I ended up sleeping five months, every night, on my tree platform in this tent, super cozy. Also took it camping in the Sierras once mid summer and it was perfectly pleasant to use there. For the price, this tent is a real winner. It's not far from the offerings of the typical name brand North American camping gear producers, at a fraction of cost. The average user, if you're 5' 8" or under, will be easily accommodated (I'll let the taller folks define the upper height limit).

Best bang for the buck out there in my opinion.
This thing is super easy and dare I say fun to set up. VERY well engineered. Just understand what you are buying before you order. I'm 5'10" and 210lbs. If you are even a half inch taller than me this probably isn't the tent for you.

Great little tent for money
Needed UL tent for bike 6 day bike trip on Katy Trail MO. Easy set up, sturdy enough, light weight and easy to pack. Made couple small moderations or 5 star. More expensive better made tents out there, but this one served very well.

Get this tent - great for bikepacking
I have the REI version but I wanted a tent that packed up shorter to fit on my bike. So I bought this one and it exceeded expectations. It remained dry through a rain storm, packs down easy back into its bag and setting it up couldn't be simpler. You simply fit the rods into each other to assemble, fit the ends of the rods into the designated hole enclosure of the tent, and then use the hooks on the the tent to hook them to the rods. Not even a 10 minute set up. Add a couple of more minutes to attach the rainfly, if desired. It is small as it is a one person tent, but I can sit up in it. If you are looking for a bikepacking tent and don't want to spend a lot of money, this is your tent.

Good buy!!
Very easy setup and spacious for a 1 person tent, way lighter than my previous tent.

Perfect for mild weather trips
Five stars because it does what it claims to do! I have used this on two trips so far — once backpacking and once bikepacking — and love its light weight and packability. However, I found it to be most comfortable on warmer nights. I recently used it on a trip where the evenings were 42 degrees with light wind, and found myself wishing the interior had sidewalls.

Great tent but poor vestibule design
Great tent. Super easy and quick setup. Good size for a 1 man tent. No room inside for pack so kept under vestibule which needs a few mods. For one, it needs to be bigger to fit a pack without vestibule touching it. Tent did not get rained on but had lots of moisture sitting in outside the two mornings I got up. The second I unzipped the vestibule, water from the vestibule “poured” in, getting the inside of my sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and tent pretty wet. Luckily, it was not a rainy day and everything dried out. Also, one end of the vestibule really needs a tent stake loop so that it does not touch sides of tent. Had I been in rain, that end of the tent would have been leaking…and getting in/out of tent would have left things inside really wet. If I had a do over and known this about vestibule, I’d forked out a few more dollars and got the Mongar, which has a pole insert a ross the vestibule, pulling it away from tent entrance. Disappointed that I “wasted” $109 on a tent I will not be able to use if rain is in forecast.

Good green tent for the price!
Prompt delivery and got a follow up email once it arrived which is a nice touch.Though I haven’t used it yet, I did set it up inside (see photo of tent moved to smaller room). The tent is of course much lighter and smaller than a small two person tent and looks well-made (seams were taped) and comes with carry bag, fly, footprint, eight spikes and two guy lines. Easy to set up (but watch out the pole and tent are asymmetrical line them up first!) though the one large pole, once clicked together, is a bit unwieldy but not really a problem. I recommend the green colour, looks good, hides any dirt, and can provide a bit of camo if needed.I am 5’9” and fit inside the tent no problem with some gear. Also has a small mesh pocket and a hook at the top to attach a light. One mesh door left-hand side while lying on your back with two zippers on the mesh inner door. Unfortunately the fly door only has one zipper (I like 2 for venting keeping the top slightly open) but it has an outer window-type vent on the fly. The vestibule on the long side of the tent is a decent size when staked out. You can create a mini vestibule on the other/right side though you can’t access it from inside the tent.Overall I’m very happy with this tent, a nice set up and size, and good quality for the price, relative to other one person light tents. It’s by no means “ultralight” (can save some weight by dropping some spikes and carry bag), but much lighter than a two person tent at less cost. Saw on a YouTube vid and I would recommend getting some tarp clips/fasteners to help stake down the outer fly on the “short ends” of the tent rectangle as this will help with venting.I’m hoping to take this out on a bike trip soon so the weather and field test will have to wait. But I like what I see so far! I’ll come back and give an update.Update: On the bike trip the tent was great. Easy set up and comfortable to sleep in. Small size packs away quite nicely on the bike. Also use just for a regular camping trip with success. I would recommend this tent as an alternative to more expensive ones.

Gran calidad

Good budget tent
I have the Naturehike cloud up 1 20D upgraded tent which I love. But there are 2 things this tent has going for it that the cloud up 1 doesn’t - it’s truly freestanding and it has a side entry. With the vestibule and door open you can stand up to exit the tent where in the cloud up 1 you have to crawl over your pillow and whatever gear you have at the front of the tent. So this tent has a 20D nylon fly which is silicon treated (PU 4000mm) and plenty waterproof. The issue with the fly is there are no tie out points at the head and foot end. I solved this by using clips to pull the fly away from the inner tent. The bathtub floor comes up about 10cm/4” so pulling out the ends of the fly helps shed water away from the inner tent and prevent any splash up. The inner tent is all mesh except for the bathtub floor. The floor /210T polyester (PU 3000mm). There is a ceiling hook for a light and one pocket in the corner of the tent. Comes with footprint. The pegs that come with it aren’t great and I use my pegs from the cloud up 1. The footprint, inner tent, fly, poles, 8 upgraded pegs and extra end tie outs weigh 1514g or 3.3lbs or 53.4oz. For the price it’s a pretty good tent.
