I’ve dealt with some lingering health issues since having a virus a few years ago, and ever since then my system becomes overwhelmed and overstimulated very easily. To be honest, I did not think an herbal patch could help with my anxiety but I thought I'd give it a try. This patch works for me. Within an hour of having it on I feel calmer and relaxed. That is huge because it allows me to focus so that I can look at my problems with better clarity. It is no miracle cure but I wouldn't be afraid of giving it a try.

I like the fact that they're made in the US they are kind of pricey for the amount that you get. I think it's only 8. It seemed to help I was glad it was a different color because all these patches have a tendency to fall off actually this one did not it adhered very well. I had it on for about 20 hours and it kind of stained my arm which is not a big deal I can probably wash it off.

If you have sensitive skin do NOT USE. These patches made my skin itchy & flake off & bruise. I will never use these again.

I work in a high stress job and I will definitely say that they did help. I didn't feel as anxious all day. My complaint about the product is that it won't stay placed all day. By midday it is coming off. I don't have any jewelry or lotion on that wrist. As much as I like these patches because of that I don't think I will be ordering them again.

My teenage son has anxiety and these seem to work really well for him. I've reordered 3 times already and now have a subscription set up. He was so anxious he couldn't eat before and these have helped tremendously.
