Is contact by drum-stick loud or quiet? (got a mesh head set for quietness of contact & hoping this would be quiet as well)

It can be loud or quiet depending on how you play it. It responds to stick velocity just like other Roland pads do.

Is it compatable with roland td 30kv kit

Yes. I had a TD-30 kit and used two of these.

Can this plug into any of the wires coming from sound module of either my TD-25 or td-11?

Because the BT-1 is a single-trigger pad, you should be able to use any of the cables that were connected to a pad on the set. The TD-11 and TD-24 sound modules both have an AUX port that you can plug in the included trigger cable and trigger a variety of sounds with the BT-1. Unless you do not need one of the existing trigger pads that were included with your set, the AUX port is a good option.

will this fit a TD 11 module if the extra crash 2 input is taken?

Yes you can plug this into any roland module with a 1/4” input connection and then select any sound to assign
