Does this have mineral oil in it?

The box doesn't say mineral oil. Just says kojic acid, licorice root extract, and arbutin with glycerin to keep skin hydrated.

Will this product lighten my skin?

I can only speak about my experience. I am dark skinned and the product really lightened and brightened my face but you will have to use something else for you body as it is worked better on my face and neck.

it seems like a good product and it works, however downside of this soap is that its somewhat bit messy as it leaves NOTICEABLE soap scum behind,which might be a result of UK water
