Will this make me lose muscle? I'm trying to recompose (lose stubborn fat while gaining muscle).

I took this to also loose the stubborn fat while at the same time lifting to gain muscle.  If you consume the right ratio of fats,  carbs and protein your should have no problem either maintaining or gaining muscle. I'm deciding on 7-Keto or PHOENIX. What is the difference to 44 fem in good shape?

Are these big "horse pills"?

I find it Crazy as to how many people don't think that these aren't large pills. I know i'm not good at swallowing medicine, and if I had to only take 1 of these I would be able to suffer through it. Approximate dimensions are 1" x 5/16" (Although by pictures it almost looks like 3/8", I believe them to be 5/16" in person) But since I am not good at swallowing pills I need to break these open. I have found that the Triumph Multivitamins have a tolerable bad taste(Mixed with water), but these are 20 times worse tasting(Mixed with Water). I've taken them mixed with water for a few days, but will be experimenting with different liquids due to the nearly unbearable taste. The one good thing is that I have found that with both the Triumph and the Phoenix pills the tastes quickly go away and do not linger after drinking or eating something.According to: https://www.swansonvitamins.com/en_US/pdf/SizeGuide.pdf  These pills are 000 size, which actually appears to be one of the Largest Sizes of Capsules.
