Saves electricity
Very reasonable price, really quick delivery. Switch them off and on through the app , or Alexa . I've got two lights on one switch so if I leave a light on , when I go out it used to have to be two lights, now they work independently, and I can either switch it on just before I come home or it can be programed to go on and off at a certain time, through the app. Because they work through the internet not a hub you can do it all through my phone. It even shows you how much energy you've used and saved, which is quite a bit. Good light and it can be as bright or as dim as you like . Easy to set up ,but recommend watching a tutorial on uTube first . There's quite a few . My whole flat has now got these .

Very nice bulbs, but…
I like being able to adjust the brightness and even set the default brightness at less than 100%, but it can be inconvenient when you have to get a phone to make the bulbs brighter. And while they are pretty easy to pair, I find they often lose that pairing - sometimes 2-3 times a month (not all at the same time, thankfully). Purchased on sale, so I think they are a pretty good value overall. And it’s great to be able to turn off a light that the kids have left on.

Great for using with the app whilst being out of the home
Not going to be using these new bulbs for a few weeks but had them before and there excellent, and being controlled by the app whilst away is an added bonus to make it look like the home is occupied, definitely recommend

Reliable and simple smart lighting gets the job done
I bought the Tapo L510B Smart Bulbs while renovating a property that’s currently unoccupied. My goal was to have lighting come on at night at random intervals to give the appearance that someone’s home, and these bulbs have done the job well for the past month.Setup was quick and straightforward. The bulbs were well-packaged, the instructions were clear, and the Tapo app paired with them easily. You do need an internet connection for the schedules to run, but once connected, everything worked reliably.The bulbs are slightly heavier than regular ones and made of plastic rather than glass, but this doesn’t impact their look or function. They blend into the home nicely, with only the slightly longer white casing setting them apart.In terms of performance, the brightness is good, and Alexa integration was seamless and responsive. I liked the sunrise/sunset scheduling feature, though I found it a bit clunky that I had to set separate actions to turn each bulb on and off.I can’t comment on energy savings due to lack of prior usage data at the property, but given the low wattage, I expect them to be efficient. The Tapo app is easy to navigate and generally stable, with minor room for improvement in automation setup.Overall, these bulbs are great value for money from a brand I trust for smart home products. They do exactly what they promise, and for that, I’m giving them five stars.

These work very well with the app. Linked in the app so one action turns both on or off. Very convenient. Good value. Recommended

Will not connect to wi fiit
It is a lightbulb after a WiFi outage one of the bulbs will not connect to the WiFi I can't find any help from tapo only try this and that wich I have done if the other bulb works and connects to the WiFi there is obviously a problem with this one they make difficult to try and resolve problems so not been able to make easy contact i would not recommend tapo.
