Go-to paella seasoning
I always add a little saffron when I use it, along with a cube of chicken flavor seasoning and some some tomato puree, but this little pack is really all you need to obtain a very well-rounded paella without too much effort. I prepare mine on the stovetop as I find easier to control the process vs the oven. Paellero gives a distinct flavor to my paella and I always go back to it with pleasure.

Paellero Paella Seasoning from Spain
I found a recipe using this seasoning but couldn't find it anywhere locally so decided to order from Amazon. I was somewhat leery about getting so much of it in case we didn't like it. I had nothing to be concerned about, this seasoning is really, really good. Glad I know where to get it now!
