I bought 4 of these items. They claim it can hold upto 350 kgs. The plate is strong and the anchor bolts are good quality, but my problem is the design, the two hooks you see on the picture is just welded to the plate where the whole weight of the equipment or the person may hang. The welding looks so flimsy it may give up and cause injury. I did not try it out yet but this is my opinion after I received the product
