The keys are responsive and have a great feel, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced players.The keyboard's versatility is outstanding; it comes with a wide variety of tones and rhythms, allowing me to explore different musical genres and styles. The built-in learning features have also been helpful in improving my skills and techniques.However, my excitement was dampened when I received a defective bag along with the keyboard. The bag's stitching was subpar, and the zipper was not functioning properly, making it difficult to carry the keyboard securely. I reached out to customer support, and they were prompt in acknowledging the issue and promised to send a replacement bag. Nonetheless, I expected a better quality bag to accompany such a high-quality keyboard.Despite the bag setback, I cannot deny the Yamaha Keyboard's exceptional performance and sound capabilities, which is why I'm still giving it four stars. I hope Yamaha addresses the bag quality issue, as it is a crucial accessory for protecting the keyboard during transportation.If you prioritize sound quality and performance over the included bag, then this keyboard is definitely worth considering. Just be prepared to handle the bag issue separately.
