rotating headband will not turn completely and i'm concerned about "forcing it" into the horizontal position and causing breakage. help?

It does take some force. Quite frankly I worry if I travel that I won't be able to get it vertical again for packing. I always keep packing materials in case I need to return.

The wrong instructions were sent with this snorkel - how do you get the actual snorkel tube attached to the headband??

Mine came already attached. All I had to do was swivel it into a horizontal position. Suggest contacting seller/Amazon.

How strong is the headstrap? Are they sold separately in case of breakage?

So far mine is holding well after one season...April to October and two to four times a week usage. No idea if the strap is sold separately.
