Buckle Toys, Bongo Square, Learning Activity, Easy Travel Toy for Toddlers

This clever teaching toy keeps my 2-year-old grandson and 21-month-old granddaughter occupied intently as they match up the different buckle types. There are several styles of buckle clasps so it can be a bit more challenging for them than just matching up the colors to close the buckle! This toy is soft and washable and is a good travel companion.They cannot yet unbuckle the clasps, which means you will be responsible for unbuckling so they can start over, but that is a small price to pay to have them so engaged with a learning toy. It also has a zipper and numbered flaps to lift up and see different animals under each number. Vibrant colors and a happy face complete my review!

I bought this to entertain my 10 month old on the plane. Obviously she’s too young to do the buckles herself, but she loved watching me do them and then fidget with them, she loved pulling small toys out of the pocket, she loved the flaps on the back with animals. It’s isn’t a toy she can play with independently, but it entertains her for a long time when I play with her. And she’ll be able to grow with it and we can use it as a travel toy for years! I highly recommend, even for babies!

I ordered this toy for my 1 1/2 year old because we were going to be traveling 8 hours and knew we would need some entertainment. It was perfect for travel as it is easy and lightweight to pack. The sizing of the toy was perfect for my 1 1/2 year old to handle. He absolutely loved it! There are multiple buckles in different vibrant colors, along with lift the flap numbers and animals. It definitely did its job in providing good, educational entertainment. It's great for fine motor skills too! I would highly recommend!

We thought we would love this toy, but it gets used less than we expected. As with most toddlers, our little one loves to try to buckle and unbuckle all sorts of things. We purchased this for a flight in hopes of providing some entertainment. It didn't work at that time, but she does play with it now and again. Because there are so many buckles and different varieties, she struggles to match them up correctly and gets frustrated. Would recommend for 2+ if you would like your child to play independently. Otherwise, a fun toy!

My 18 month old really likes to play with any buckle, car seat or high chair. This keeps him occupied and is good for travel. Seems to be good quality

Our 18 month old recently became obsessed with buckles on his stroller, high chair, etc. This keeps him engaged for short periods of time (a few min at a time). Features a few diff buckle types - some he can open and close on his own, others he can only close, and needs an adult to open. Size makes it convenient to toss in the stroller basket or diaper bag and take with - helpful to have on hand in a restaurant (and buckles to the chair so it can't be thrown).

My lo does not like long car rides. This toy was suggested to me as a great car toy so I ordered it. It is great. She plays with it for at least 30 minutes in the car before needing to change up the entertainment. I only let her have it in the car so it does not lose it's shine and there are so many fun parts for her to play with. She can't undo the buckles yet, but she plays with each one. It will be some time before she can open and close them (I assume) but they do not pinch to take apart. It's colorful and has differing playful parts. Great toy for the car!

First pillow purchase review: It is just challenging enough and she loves it! It is for sure a favorite. She loves buckling any buckle so I thought this was a good one to try. She is learning color matching ie. yellow to yellow, blue to blue, the little lift windows have animals and she loves making animal sounds, and the zipper at the top is an added bonus. She works hard on it in her car seat and it makes riding around town something she enjoys better. We aren't teaching her to unbuckle yet because she does her best to get out of anything already. She is 16 months old and quite adept at buckling. She says "ta-da" after every click. Thanks so much! I'll be ordering another for a gift! Second pillow: My great niece is 13 months and just getting into this stage. She loved the animals under the flaps and I'm sure will master the buckles soon enough! My granddaughter STILL LOVES hers!

Recently went on a trip that involved a 25 hour commute, including 3 flights. Our toddler played with this thing alot! Recently she started learning the colours of the buckles too.

My 2 year old loves it. Especially in the car.

Bought for long car rides. Use one buckle to latch on to car seat. Buckle other toys to it too if you want. apart from the very simple buckles, they are mostly pretty strong and sturdy. Fabric is soft and the pocket is nice for surprises. Keeps the baby happy for a good chunk of time

We bought this to entertain our 2yr old on a plane, she loved it and we now use it in the car. As well as the buckles and a zip, it also has some flaps with numbers and embroidered animals so a fair few things to keep her entertained. Our little girl loves it!
