Pigments were beautiful
The Pigment was impressive. You can see the density when you drop it in your cap. It went in well and was so easy to use. I am a noob to everything but I can tell it will be really nice healed. I'm so happy to have eye brows (although they're red and dark right now). The ingredients are nice and clean too.

Allergic reaction noted after using product
This brand came highly recommended from a colleague. I needed a specific colour, last minute (this one) for doing a clients brow, 6 week touch up. Product was packaged nicely. Colour was a little more warm than my expectation. However, this product caused a HUGE allergic reaction post procedure. My client had abnormal swelling, and poor healing due to inflammation. Client does not have a history of reacting to micro pigment products. Nor does she have sensitive skin. Allergies etc. Was not on any new medications. Or any of the other indicators that may cause untoward reactions to products. Client also has over 60 hours of tattoo work. Will not be ordering this product again. And have returned it to Amazon.

Fabulous retention
After the learning curve of using a pigment that was less viscous and dried quickt. I found that my results with this pigment are superb and it has a really enhances my customer satisfaction as well as shortened my follow up appointments
