Heirloom Red Spider Lily (Lycoris Radiata) Bulbs, Fall Blooming Perennial, Perfect for Southern Climates, Pack of 10 Bulbs by The Southern Bulb Company

Nice healthy bulbs. Only drawback is they look as if they had been harvested and packaged long before sold. Only half have came up. Not a complaint, but the bulbs that did not come up will lay dominant until next fall. Won't flower for 2 years. These are a winter foliage species therefore need a season(winter) with foliage and well rooted to bloom in a reasonable time frame.

These are excellent quality bulbs. They’re fresh and firm. There is absolutely no sign of drying out, rotting, or mold. Each one is at least 1” across the base and several are a bit larger than that. They were beautifully and securely packaged and have plenty of planting and care information. There’s even a QR you can scan to see a video on caring for them. The price for these was fantastic, especially considering the very outstanding quality. My wife, who wanted them for our gardens, said she couldn’t be more pleased and she has absolutely no doubt that these will grow and thrive in our gardens. She plans on getting them planted the minute it stops raining…assuming it ever does (Illinois). I would not hesitate to order from this seller again. Side note: As soon as it stopped raining she ran out and got them planted. She said she noticed that a couple of them were even showing signs of greening up and sprouting at the tips.

They grow pretty fast. Good bulbs.

This is my first time ordering from Southern bulb co and I’m super impressed with the quality of bulbs I received and they arrived early! They were all in great condition, no mold or soft spots, and a bunch of different sizes. Here on the gulf coast, spider lily season is just ending and the blooms are starting to wither. I put these bulbs in a couple of pots and in some sun. I’m not expecting much growth for a while due to it being October but I have faith I’ll have some pretty blooms next hurricane season. :) these are the best bulbs I’ve ordered online and I 100% will be ordering from this seller again. There’s even a very informative QR code for a video for some tips and tricks for the bulbs I ordered and a printed letter of personal suggestions from the seller. I found it super helpful! I will come back to update with some photos if I get any growth this fall but I certainly will be back next year to upload a photo. 10/10

I ordered 1 pack of 10 bulbs of red lycoris flowers (Red spider Lily); The package was delivered to my house 3 days faster. The bulbs are still fresh, I proceed to plant immediately after. The in box have Includes instructions on how to grow and care for the this flower. It's very good for me to plant and care for these Lycoris. Hope they will sprout and bloom soon . I would also like to have more Lycoris in other colors.

I totally forgot I planted these until I saw this review. They never came up. It could be the soil or the fact that I forgot they were in the bed but there are other plants so they did get watered.

So excited planting my Red Spider Lilies now. Can't wait to see them bloom. Best price I've seen, and for 10 bulbs. Will be ordering more! Thank you for the growing instructions. Great quality.
