I’ve been using Anven Health Probiotics, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. It’s easy to take, with no weird aftertaste, and I noticed less bloating within days. The most variety and highest potency I have found yet. This one fixes a lot of issues in one pill. if you get gas every time you take it, you know its working.. that's just the initial crops getting seeded.. the gas stops once everything settlesMany of these you never know if it did anything or if the little guys made it that far.. this one certainly does. at least for me.

Began purchasing this product for my daughter several months ago. She really appreciates the small size of the gel cap making it easy to take, the fact it is both a pre and probiotic, and it is only one (?) a day….if I am recalling correctly.Ingredient list is minimal. She feels it is benefiting her.

Helping the stomach

While these were easy to swallow, and the price was reasonable, I had a severe acne breakout on my back while taking them for the past month. Acne flare-ups are a common side effect associated with taking high strength probiotics.Here's the kicker, I did not take the 100 billion CFU suggested serving size. I actually only took 1 tablet, thus cutting the dosage down to 50 billion CFU. Even at that level, the acne breakout was bad. I do not have any known food allergies. I have since stopped taking them, and the acne has started clearing up. I will have to find a different brand with a much lower dosage. Research is showing that 1 to 10 billion CFU with 10+ strains is sufficient for adults.Update 3-14-23: although this probiotic did cause a severe acne breakout on my back, their customer service reached out to me and provided a full refund. That gesture was very appreciated and it is a testament to their customer service mentality. For that reason I added 1 star.
