I had high hopes for this collagen but was deeply disappointed. On day 5 of using it, I found a plastic chunk in my drink. That’s completely unacceptable for a health product. Also, the product claims 8g per serving, but if you check the label, it contains only 5g of actual marine collagen. The rest is filled with minimal quantities of antioxidants like glutathione and resveratrol, which are present in non-therapeutic doses — mostly just for marketing appeal. It also says “No added sugar,” yet the nutritional chart clearly mentions 1.84g added sugar content. If you are someone investing in collagen for skin and health, this is misleading.

Really enjoyed the blueberry flavour. Smooth to mix, fresh quality, and easy to include in my daily routine.

If you can overcome the awful flavour - I dislike non-vegetarian products being given fruity flavours, would have preferred unflavoured to add to my soups and jellies instead of this very synthetic flavour. I suppose you could add to smoothies but I prefer even in that the natural flavour of the fruit and veggies to this flavour. The first few scoops were a huge mistake and made me sick. Later I figured the scoop is wrong for me and I restarted with 5gm for a few days and then gradually increased to 10. One doesn’t need more than that for beauty but for joint cartilage health maybe workout and add more. Try different amounts and combo to find what works.
