AWESOME SUPPLEMENT! Give it a shot, you won't be sorry!
I initially got this because I heard it is good for helping your body regulate sugar and it is a natural anti inflammatory. Flash forward over 6 months. A few hours after taking the supplement I find myself belching the faint taste of cinnamon which is very pleasant. I have a foot injury that has more recently been acting up so I started taking 2 in the morning and 1 at night and the inflammation is noticeably reduced! If you are more interested in the anti-inflammatory properties try adding Pineapple and hot pepper extract.

Necessity!
Great product! Supports insulin resistance and aids in energy production. I normally take 1 or 2 after meals early in the day, if taken close to bed time, going to sleep can be difficult. Will not go without it!
