I haven't experience any weight gain with Ceylon Cinnamon pills, as a matter of fact I've actually has dropped 4 pounds this week. I take them for Carb control, they seem to help me keep my carbs intake under control. I take 2 before my biggest carb meal ,my sis take them as well tokeeps her sugar under control .
