Disneyland uses these for their pool guests. We used it while we were there, and the kids were able to swim freely without adults being in the water.. So I bought one for home. It's amazing, safe, fits well, and does the trick!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Fantastic life vest. My 4 yr old kid loved these at Disney World Resorts. He always refuses to go into the deep end. But with this life vest, he swims around no problem. It’s very comfortable. He never asks me to take it off. He even fell asleep in the car with it on. It’s also very easy to pick him up by holding on the top of the shoulders. So we decided to buy one for going to our local swimming pool. It’s the best kid life vest I’ve ever found.

I bought this product in 2009 when my son was 2 yrs old. The best product out there in the market for kids. He was able to balance his head above the water better and his head did not bobble back and forth like it did with some other vests he owned prior to that. He was able to move well in the water and use his arms and legs to do swimming strokes. He had less irritation using this and did not complain when I tried to put it on him. Just after using it couple times, I relaxed a lot knowing that my child was safe with this product. He is almost 6 and thanks to his petite figure I was able to use this till now. Even with all the use and misuse, it still looks new and I never had to do anything extra to maintain it. He learned to swim and I would still use this when we went to water parks, lakes or other unchartered water. He has outgrown it and I hate to part with it as I felt such a sense of security with it around my child. I hope to pass it on to someone else who will feel the same as I did!

This is the best life jacket for small children. The arm holes are smaller than the typical arm hole openings found on the neoprene life vest. That feature keeps the jacket from riding up on the child making it much more comfortable to wear. We used them with our children 20+ years ago and now we have them for our grandchildren. The soft shell adds to the comfort of the wearer too.

This is so perfect. My grandson loves this one only. It’s soft. And when he goes in the water he pops right back up.

High quality life vest. Great fit and maintained mobility while wearing it. Happy with this purchase. Addendum: Our son grew and this was purchased again in a Medium! Love this life vest. Does not take on water, so it retains buoyancy. Was great for 5 straight hours in the ocean, and I love the sunset orange for visibility. I can not recommend this life vest enough!

At first we LOVED this product, my daughter loves the water and is either in the pool or at the beach daily and this product made me feel much more comfortable. After a few weeks I noticed the stud on the lower strap was ripping, and the other studs were starting to do the same. I contacted the seller and was responded too in a timely manner and told to return the product and receive a new one. Other than having to drive 45 mins to the closet fed ex I was satisfied. I have received my replacement vest today and the same stud on the back safety strap is ripped. I am disappointed as my daughter has been asking about this vest everyday because she loves it so much but I feel very uncomfortable knowing that this stud is ripped and it has never even been used. Are these products not checked to perfection before being sent out? Especially being approved by the US Coast Guard? For the price I paid for the vest and the fact that it’s supposedly certified I am not happy with the overall experience of this product. Hopefully this issue can be solved somehow as this has been the only best my daughter will wear in the pool at the beach and on the boat.

Great product! My son is 3 and used this at a relatives place as they loved them too. After that I bought one for us to take to the beach and pool parties. He loves the water with the vest and without it too. It gives him confidence to roam around and play while still learning to swim. Definitely recommend getting this! Much better than any big box store purchase!

El chaleco de flotación me encanto por que: El chaleco de flotación esta aprobado por la guardia costera de Estados Unidos ademas de ser de excelente calidad El azul esta muy bonito y le queda muy bien a cualquier niño o niña. Es extremadamente cómodo los niños no se quejan al usarlo. Definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.

Haven’t had a chance to actually use the life jacket yet as it just arrived and it’s for a vacation/summer but seems great overall. The company was great to deal with as I needed to exchange the size but the only thing that might affect some buyers (we didn’t really care) is that the colour is not at all close to what is advertised. Also arrived with a little seam that wasn’t glued perfectly but I don’t think it will affect the performance of the life jacket which realistically is what is most important.
