A good addition to kitchen
The first thing of attraction is its sheer beauty and aesthetically appealing colour. Although it can't keep tea or coffee fully hot after 4/5 hours contrary to the claim of about 18 hours by Borosil, it's other features like cuteness, colour, sturdy body etc compensate it. One customer complained in his review that the pour spout doesn't open easily when you press it. I think it is because of formation of pressure inside due to hot liquid and slight mouth opening will solve this problem by releasing the extra pressure. The country of origin of the product is PR China, as mentioned in the box with month/year of import is March, 2020 by Borosil Ltd, Mumbai, India. This was not available in the product description in Amazon or I overlooked it. However, a good product worth buying if one ignores the country of origin.

Good quality flask. I've been using it over 10 months now, decent for money paid, the heat retaining capacity drop in 6 hrs time the only drawback I felt.

Poor quality and warranty
My carafe got spoiled within 2 months of purchase. The lid washer was not working properly. Borosil doent even cover lid in warranty. Don't know what else it covers .I have to pay to buy new lid .so disappointed with this product wouldn't recommend to anyone

Good Product.
This is a good product. Keeps beverages hot for several hours. Tea making in my house is made lot easier by this flask. Only issue is: you need to open the flask fully to pour tea out. The nozzle to open the outlet do not work - tea comes out too slowly.

Leaking
It has large capacity which is what I was looking for. But it does not fully close (air leaks) and when pouring the coffee drips/leaks.

Water not remains hot till 3-4 hours
First 3/4 days it’s work to keep the water hot. After it’s totally not working. I don’t recommend and I am requesting to Amazon for return. Thank you
