Tastes like chalk, but...
These are hockey puck sized, and taste like chalk, but you aren't eating them for the flavor.

Good product
As wafers these are too big for my mouth I personally use a pill crusher and I crush them and then I eat the powder very tasty I take four of them a day I'm looking forward to having my bariatric surgery within the next few months and I'm getting my body's nutrition up for the procedure with my early taking of these pills. I have checked out the ingredient labels myself and the only thing I'm finding lacking is magnesium. When you take four you get 1,500 mg of calcium citrate which is the recommended dosage for people who have had bariatric surgery. The bottle is quite big, compared to a Tylenol bottle.

Great quality
I finally found something that tastes really good. They dissolve very easily. They have helped me big time with giving me energy so I'm not so tired all the time.. They are a great price specially with everything you get. I will be buying again

Good flavor
They are fine, but unfortunately, they got damaged in shipping. There were a lot of broken tablets.

YUCK! And FOUR TIMES A DAY!
DO NOT PURCHASE! I was so excited to find something all in one. This wafer is HUGE and tastes absolutely disgusting. You have to take FOUR times a day to get all of the absorption. I couldn’t even get past the first wafer it was so terrible. Just buy something else!

Broken tablets
This had several broken tablets making it difficult to get the right amount trying to put together the right pieces. Taste is ok, sometimes a bit tart. Getting used to them.

All in one for bariatric surgery patients!
I took these to my nutritionist prior to my surgery to have her check them out. She read the label and said that this vitamin has everything I need in it. The months leading up to my surgery I priced lots of vitamins. This is the only one that I found that was truly an all in one and the price is great. The only thing she said is that at my next check up they want to make sure that the iron and calcium are being absorbed property. The manufacturer says that they have designed these so that both iron and calcium can be absorbed I'll find out at my next appointment and will update my review if there is an issue. They taste ok not to chalky. But honestly the price is what I'm most happy about.
