They typically are easier to find and come at half the price and much better results. With 650mg being the optimal dosage of Berberine. This dosage amount has been cited in multiple easy to find studies. You may see an improvement from just 3-4 weeks, by choosing the right supplement as I did here in the UK. That includes...
