Game changer! If you have a spouse or roommate who snores... Live under a highway overpass or on an airport tarmac... You'll sleep like a baby (or have a loud baby you don't have to check on, for that matter)! Just throw these puppies on and Zzzzz! It's so weird how personal/private the audio is, too! You can have them SUPER loud in and noone else can hear what you're listening to! Plus, they really *do* stay cool and I didn't know how much I would like that until I got them. You can take the electronics out and wash them, I think? I haven't yet but should lol...I *do* know that despite being great quality, comfortable, and "stealthy"... It turns out that the headphones inside them are like 1990's headphones (flat numbers with black foam on them). Who'd'a thunk? Great product. 5/5 sheep. Goodnight!

I purchased the MUSICOZY 3D Bluetooth 5.4 Headband Sleep Mask in July 2025 and have been using it consistently for the past year. It remains my preferred sleep mask for blocking out light while providing consistent sound masking throughout the night. I have removed and reinserted the headphones several times to wash the headband, and I’m pleased to report that I haven’t experienced any connectivity or sound issues. My only complaint is that the headphones lack an indicator for the current battery level. Since I usually fall asleep listening to static noise that plays throughout the night, it can be quite startling to be awakened by the "POWER OFF" voice alert when the headband unexpectedly runs out of charge in the early morning. As far as I know, there is no way to lower the volume of these built-in alerts; I can only adjust the volume of the sound coming from the connected Bluetooth device. However, a single charge typically lasts for two full nights when using it for 7 to 8 hours each night. For comparison, my husband uses the MUSICOZY Bluetooth 5.4 Headband Sleeping Eye Mask, which does not include the inner 3D memory foam that creates space between the eyelids and the mask. He has had no issues, except for the same current battery level concern I mentioned.

I bought from this exact listing in 2021. so here's a review after 5 years of use! i do not use it EVERY night and sometimes went months without it because sometimes it got lost between the wall and my bed lol. but I've gotten plenty of use, so: the battery lasts pretty well! i can go at least a few nights between charges and it turns itself off once disconnected from Bluetooth so it's nice I don't have to remember to do it. its comfortable but does not have padding around the eyes so fabric will be pressed against them. but it's not too bad because the nose pad keeps it a little elevated. speaking of the nose pad: mine was a bit wonky and feels like its fighting against my face shape sometimes but if I maneuver it around a bit it's tolerable the speakers on the ears tend to slip and slide around inside their pockets and end up in the wrong place BUT it's pretty simple to move them back. sound quality is good! nothing incredible but good enough for its purpose. its not the highest quality thing over all but it's lasted five years and I do not regret buying it. it works well enough that I don't feel the need to upgrade to anything else.

LOVE this item! I suffer from frequent migraines and use this whenever I need to lie down and rest. The inside of the mask is incredibly soft and comfortable, is a good fit, easy to adjust, and it really does block the light. The headphones have good sound and connect easily to my phone. The battery lasts a long time and charges well. The velcro band on the back is a tiny bit uncomfortable but it's not bad. The eye mask/headphone combo is wonderful for me because when I have long flights, have a migraine episode, or just wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep (thank you, perimenopause), this mask helps me to actually rest or fall asleep more quickly. It is one of the things that is saving my life in this season...I accidentally left it on the plane on our last trip and immediately ordered another one. Not gonna say I can't live without it but it is definitely in my top 5 don't want to live without it.

This mask has been amazing. I have used it nonstop for over 3 years, and finally have to buy a new one because one of the wires has split where it connects to the speaker and I am absolutely just buying the same thing again. The inside is silky, cooling, and so soft. I love the extra padding below your eyes that lifts it away from pressing on your eyelids and also blocks out any light that would have seeped in from under. They block out light great. My ONLY negative point is that it very much does not cancel out or override any sound around you, but by design of what it is that would be hard to do and I don't use it for that. I just use it to listen to white noise or sleep stories to help put myself to sleep. Battery life is decent, I can use it for a couple nights before it dies. And that's only because I forget to turn it off so it usually stays connected through the next day until I leave for work or go to listen to something on my phone and realize its still connected (it does not have any kind of auto-off or disconnect when sound is not playing so it will just go forever while you are in range). Anyways, highly recommend.

Comfortable, but durability is inconsistent and the battery is not replaceable I have purchased more than one pair of these MUSICOZY sleep headphones over the years. The pair I bought on February 18, 2024, stopped turning on completely on July 25, 2026, after about two years and five months of use. I also purchased another pair on January 21, 2025, and that one is still working. I like the comfort and convenience of these headphones, but their durability appears inconsistent. I am also disappointed that the battery and electronic components are not designed to be easily replaced. Although a replaceable battery might make the headband slightly thicker or more expensive, it would allow customers to repair the product instead of throwing the entire unit away when the battery or electronics fail. Overall, these work well while they are functioning, but I expected the first pair to last longer. A removable electronics module or replaceable battery would make this a much better and less wasteful product. **Rating: 3 out of 5 stars** Image show the mask plugged in, item refuses to charge and turn on.

I had a previous generation of this mask and eventually (18 months) the recharging wire broke at its base. This version seems more durable and also doesn’t require the wire to be shoved back up into a small pocket of the mask. Instead, there is a larger opening like an envelope for the recharging wire to slide. This new version also solved the problem of the Velcro catching on your pillow (creating snags and pulling) by framing the Velcro. I’m happy with this product. It cost 20% more than the one I bought 18 months ago, but I expect it to last a lot longer and be gentler on my pillowcases. Functionally, I have never had a problem connecting this mask or its predecessor to my phone over Bluetooth. It works great and my husband cannot hear it when I am using it at night.

As an insomniac I have to have a whole ritual to fall asleep. Listening to water sounds from this Bluetooth sleep mask is part of that ritual. I bought an earlier model two years ago and loved them and recommended them to friends. Finally after 2 years, the battery would no longer charge. I ordered another and apparently it's a newer version. The older version was more comfortable. It stayed on all night and the material was thicker and so you were much less able to feel the speakers pressing your ears. Matter of fact you didn't feel them at all. With the older model you could easily remove the main panel as well as the speakers so you could wash your mask. With the new model, the main panel is sewn into the garment! There's no opening up at the top to remove it! It's fully sewn in completely on all 4 sides, so how in the heck can you wash the mask? Instructions on their website do not explain how to remove the panel. It just says some parts of it are waterproof, but which parts? Is the panel waterproof? I don't know as they seem to be saying the speakers are and those are easily popped out of their holders Obviously, these are foreign made and English is not their first language. The written instructions are of little use. On the old model the speakers were very soft flat flexible rubber. These have speakers that are round thick and hard. They press against my ears and they hurt. Because they are hard round plastic, they constantly move around out of position. The headband itself often comes off during the night, while the older model didn't. Also, on the older model you could plug in the main panel from a little slit in the top. Now the charging device extends outside of one side of the mask and it uses the newer model C design plug. All well and good, because most phones come with the C design so you have the proper charger. The problem is it's hard and it sticks out from one side of the mask. I have to shove it up inside of the mask and that's another hard object pressing against my face. Also, the wire to the charger connecting to the panel is thin and it just feels like at some point you're going to tug on it or something and it's going to break or disconnect from the control panel. Overall, in comparison to the older model this model was *not* an improvement and I'm very disappointed. I'm hoping I can figure out a way to get the control panel out of this model so I can switch it over to my old headband and possibly connect the control panel to the more comfortable older headphones. I don't think I'll be buying this brand anymore because the changes were not an improvement and made these comfortable. I have enough problems with sleeping than having hard plastic orbs pressing into the sides of my face and ears. Not happy. The only positive thing I can say was that shipping was super fast. Update: Bought these January 10th and as of last night October 10, they no longer charge. Won't be buying again. They ruined a good thing~

me compré esta máscara porque quería dormir con música pero no podía porque no duermo sola. Me sorprendió muchísimo. Busqué mucho cuál sería mi mejor opción y aunque esta no es la más barata del mercado, sí considero que valió la pena cada peso que pagué por ella. Obvio hay otras más caras que seguro tienen mejor calidad de sonido pero su calidad es suficientemente bueno para mi gusto (suena bastante bien), tiene muy buen volumen y es cómoda para dormir. Lo único malo es que no es fácil de lavar porque no se le puede quitar todo lo electrónico para solo ponerla en la lavadora y ya pero que eso no te detenga. Vale mucho la pena; para las melómanas como yo esta máscara es un must have! La amo. Ahora que la conozco no puedo vivir sin ella. La batería sí le dura dos noches de descanso (hasta 20 horas). Los botones son de buena calidad también.

Love this mask. Great quality and really comfortable. Use it every night and most nights listening to podcasts can't wait use it in the plane for my holiday. Great purchase. 5* Scott.

Love the black out eye mask with built in audio to block out sound built in without hurting my ears. Highly recommended for side sleepers as well.
