OluKai Men's Moku Pae Slip-On Boat Shoes, Cushioned Deck & Dock Shoe

I have resisted the boat shoe. Denied I needed one in my wardrobe. Finally a trip that I did not want to wear dress shoes, but couldn't always wear my runners came up. I already had a pair of OLUKAI Sandals that I love, and a buddy of mine couldn't help but constantly say how comfortable his were. So I broke down and bought these. I can honestly say, I am an idiot. These are freaking great. Why did I wait so long??? FIT: I typically wear a 9.5-10 2e shoe mainly because I run a lot. My causal shoes I can get away with a medium width. This is a borderline width for me but the flexibility of the fabric allows it to get away with great comfort. It's definitely not a wide toe box, but if you are in between medium and wide, you can probably et away with it, There is a lot of support on the insole, which feels weird at first, but slowly conforms and adapts to you resulting in a really comfortable fit. FUNCTIONALITY: I think these are technically listed as an athletic shoe. SHort of chasing kids and running after your dog, it's a casual dress shoe. I like the versatility of the shoe to be casual, but also paired with the right combo to be business casual, or dinner casual as well. The back of the shoe folds down as well to allow a slide in fit that is awesome for things from running out to the car real quick to a day on the beach. CLEANING: These are made to get wet. Do as you will. I hose mine down, launder them, wear them into the creek. Just make sure to let them dry or they will get grungy. I do not recommend putting them in a dryer. Pack with paper towels and ventilate well to dry. OVERALL THOUGHTS: These are a super versatile, great fitting, highly comfortable pair of shoes. They can take you from the beach to dinner and look good doing it. They are very comfortable after a short break in period, and are well made to last for years.

My husband and I absolutely love the OluKai brand, and this is probably the fifth pair of OluKais we have purchased over the years. They never disappoint, and the Moku Pae slip-ons are no exception. The quick-dry mesh material makes them incredibly water-friendly, and they are genuinely designed to be worn sockless without any irritation. He gets amazing, cushioned all-day comfort from them, and the roomy toe box provides plenty of breathing room. They are perfect for the deck, dock, or just casual everyday wear. Just be sure to heed the sizing advice: they do run large, so sizing down anywhere from a half to a full size ensures the perfect fit. We will definitely keep buying from this brand! Love the look, goes with any casual vacation or beach outfit.

I've been meaning to try Olukais for a long time now and just kept picking something else because they just don't look comfortable. Boy was I wrong. These are incredible! They fit perfectly without socks. Yup, they are designed to be worn without socks. And they are very cool on your feet, important for me as I live in the hot desert. Best of all, they look great. A classy step up from a tennis shoe. Try 'em, you won't regret it.

I'm 57-years-old and I wear Reef flipflops all summer, in nearly all casual situations (even with long pants). I realize that's a fashion no-no. I've been struggling to find a good looking pair of summer shoes that are versatile and cool. These Moku Pae slip-ons look great, they're light-weight and fairly comfortable. The price seemed high but I'll consider it reasonable if they are durable (we'll see). I expected more from the drop-in heel. These are not hands-free slip-ons like I've seen with other brands. The heel collapses to ease putting them on, but you still have to reach down and pull the heel up.

These shoes look great, feel great and exactly what you want and need. You can definitely get them wet but they show someone almost swimming in them. I think you might want a half size down if that’s your goal. When I first got them I tried them on and the grip is great. I was about to walk around and could really feel grounded. Highly recommend.

Great colors and solid water shoe. However, I would avoid adventurous activity in these shoes. They are good for in and out of water but do not dare exercise, run, or do anything trail related. These are so terribly balanced. I had a balancing issue with them, took them off and went barefoot and it was pure success. Not sure what it was but it almost felt like I was drunk trying to balance in these. Overpriced for what it is

Great shoes, I wear them all summer. Stylish, versatile, easy to get on and off, and they’re holding up well. They’re more like slippers with no arch support so just be aware. They do have a little bit of padding in the sole but not a lot.

Fits very slightly wide. I’d recommend to follow the CN sizing here (foot length in mm). I haven’t tried them on a boat or in the wet yet, but I can feel the chill wearing them sockless, so assume they ventilate well and would dry easily. The cushioning is better than I expected from a boat shoe, but they don’t fit snugly when worn as a slipper, so I’m mixed about the usefulness of the drop-in heel. Heel tabs might be more practical for wearing the shoes.

Muy cómodos y se ven muy bien

I bought my first pair about four years ago, and although they wear extremely well, they unexpectedly became my go-to shoes (so easy to slip on and so comfortable) and I wore them almost constantly and eventually needed replacing (more for cosmetic reasons). This year I bought a third pair for a trip to Spain (they pack really well) but in a grey/blue combo that is particularly handsome. Great service from the company, too.

These fit large, I read a review to buy a half size down. I would recommend a full size down. I fit size 11.5 in most brands and I ended up getting these in size 10.5 which fit perfect barefoot. Other reviews also state the stretch out over time so keep this in mind as well. Very comfortable
