I am in my 40s and from a couple of months I was feeling dullness in my skin, hair, nails. So much fatigue all the time, mood swings etc etc.. I started taking as 2 capsules daily ( one each morning and evening after meal) and I was amazed with the results. Just with 10 days, if not a week, I started feeling so much better. I am not feeling tired so soon.. laziness, fatigue are all gone.. After 2 weeks I reduced the dose to 1 capsule a day as I was feeling much better. I have just finished this one file of 60 capsules and my hair, nails, skin all feel so much better. On the other note- I felt constipated in the initial days of having these multi vitamin, but that is me with any supplements, lol! Note- I am not a doctor or physician and I am just sharing how did I like this multivitamin. 5 stars from me!!

I actually love these vitamins. I typically have really really thin hair and I have noticed a lot of new growth around my hairline as well as my hair thickening up some after a month or so taking this so I’m very happy with it. Taste is a little weird, but if you can get by that these are great!

I have definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels since starting to take these. I feel better in general and don’t feel nearly as tired during the day. I can’t say that I have noticed much difference in my skin or hair, but I didn’t really have problems with that to begin with. They have no taste going down and are fairly easy to swallow (they are light weight pills that float so head down to swallow. The bad-they really upset my stomach for about half an hour after taking them. Taking them with food does help a little, but I feel pretty miserable for a while. And the vitamin burps are definitely a thing with these. Overall I would recommend them. The good outweighs the bad.

Love these vitamins, few ingredients and digest really well, no sour stomach feeling after taking.

I have Crohn's disease and was really wanting to like these vitamins because the ingredient list looked great, especially with the methylated forms. Unfortunately, they just didn't work for me. From the first few days, I experienced significant nausea about an hour or so after taking them even with food. I decided to continue taking them for a full month, hoping my body would adjust and the nausea would eventually subside, but it never did. The nausea was intense enough that it would stop me in my tracks. On top of that, I didn't notice any of the benefits the product claims to provide. After a full month, I didn't experience improvements in my energy, overall wellness, or any other noticeable changes. Also noticed was that my urine became a fluorescent yellow-green after taking these. I know supplements affect everyone differently, and these may work well for others, but if you have a sensitive stomach, it's something to keep in mind. Unfortunately, the constant nausea and lack of noticeable results led me to stop taking them.
