After reading a small amount of scientific literature on the supplement, I went out on a whim and purchased these. I also feel that it’s important that I mention I have my PhD in nutritional science and I’m a registered dietitian so I’m very skeptical of a lot of supplements and the promises they make. These however, exceeded my expectations. I am an endurance athlete, and I’m very strict when it comes ensuring I’m constantly hydrated and hitting my daily macro and micro nutrients. This is the first supplement that, when added to my daily routine, has had a noticeable impact on my cardio and endurance. On the third day of taking these, I felt my lungs open up much earlier during a long distance run, and I was able to keep my heart rate and respiratory rate much lower throughout the entire run. This is not me promising anyone that it’s going to work for them, but from my personal experience, these have been incredibly effective and I will continue to take them for the foreseeable future.

I’ve used Cordyceps in a different brand in liquid form and always notice it the effects. When I take these tables on afternoons I’m tired I don’t really feel much affect. So not sure if placebo affect or low dosage.
