Best little knife ever. Sharp, easy to use , great handle and my go to knife for almost everything.and it’s so little. Use it 90% if the time, sounds crazy but true. I do have larger expensive excellent knives, but this is my favorite knife. Bought more for backup in case it gets thrown out or lost, it’s happened, since it’s so small. I have three of these now because they are always my go-to knife for cutting about anything. They fit my hand well and stay sharp. I do use them a lot, so I do sharpen them, and they take the sharpening well.

Nice, cheap knife. Holds an edge with occasional honing. Sturdy, sharp and does not discolor or tarnish in the dishwasher.

It does its job, sharp enough for fruit and small veggies, easy use for pealing and cutting. I've been using about a month and no complaints so far. The rest one star will be filled when I use more months and it still maintains the functions well.

I am NOT the primary cook in our household & mainly just make food for my toddler when my husband is gone so my knife skills are NOT GREAT hahaha but this is just an example of what I use this knife for & how it cuts an apple!! It also shows the size in my hand (female, 5’9”, palm is on the smaller side). This teeny tiny (inexpensive) knife holds WEIGHT in the kitchen!!!! He uses it more than his chefs knife, & it hasnt bent/broken/scuffed since he bought it months ago. He does sharpen it weekly if not biweekly just because that’s his hobby, but when it is freshly sharpened it can glide through food like BUTTER. The thing I love about a pairing knife, and this pairing knife in particular, (as the secondary cook in our household), is that it gives you the sharpness of a chefs knife without the daunting nature of a 10inch blade that’s heavier than the actual thing I’m trying to cut. I find myself using this knife as a multi tool when I cook, and the only knife I’ll use to cut anything!! I also love that there was a color option of pink!!!

Good handle feel. Comes nice and sharp. Perfect size for cutting fruit. Can’t beat the value of this knife.

Very ergonomic, very nice - very sharp

This little paring knife is top quality, and amazing value for the money. The blade is razor sharp and perfectly made. The molded handle is also above average quality, unlike some others where the molded halves don't quite line up and you get a sharp seam along the length of it. The blade is very thin and made for peeling, etc. The handle is a bit thin but also easy to hold and manoeuvre, so not a problem, just different from larger knives. The knife comes well wrapped in a bubble bag, with a sticker shield over the blade (i.e. once removed, it cannot be reused), so will have to have a proper way to store it after (as with most knives) to protect the blade. I've owned Victorinox products all my life, primarily their famous pocket knives, and I've always found the durability, quality of the product, and the steel used, to be impressive, far above average. I also have a couple other Victorinox kitchen knives, and am absolutely pleased with them in every way. I will definitely continue to buy this brand, and I highly recommend this knife, and their other products.
