Q: How many wears have you gotten out of them/ how durable are they?

I've had them for 5 years. I bought two pairs and I wore them daily for a few months post DVT. After that I wore them probably once a week for the remainder of the first year. Now, I take them with me when I travel and wear them after a day in the car or in the air. I will also wear them if my legs feel tired for a couple days in a row. They still look as good as they did new and they still exhibit a good, tight, compressive fit. I've been very happy with them. They've worked for me.

Q: What is the grade of compression in mmHg?

According to the manufacturer's website, the fit is FIRM (mmHg): 25-30.

Q: Are you supposed to wear this after working out? Or while you're working out?

I wear one during workouts. Then I wear a clean one after working out. I have lymph edema after a surgery. This garment is more comfortable than the medical garment I was prescribed. Compression garments are also good for people who worry about thrombosis related to long travel in a seated position.
