It works only at start time and later it’s not working! and amazon also giving useless suggestions like is the check the switch box is working :(

Mistake was mine - The adapter tip should have been Acer or Asus, and did not fit
I was looking for a replacement adapter for a Seagate Business Storage (NAS) the power supply of which had failed. However the tip of the adapter did not fit - the mistake being entirely mine; I should have asked for an adapter for an Acer or a Asus which would have provided the needed adapter tip - I did order one later and got it to fit. Still working!

Charging problems
The product is not worth buying. I used this charger nearly two month and now it's not working. Recently I heard sounds inside the charger. I tried to get the warranty but I don't know how to get it 😕
