Ordered this value pack, 2x black, 1 each of the 3 colours. Packaged well, each sealed within protective foam inside a sturdy box. Simple to use, do remember to read and complete the instructions fully when replacing your toner, and have a bag handy just incase. I seem to recall toner cartridges being re-useable, I haven't looked into it yet, only needing 2 replaced. My Brother printer doesn't like the non-genuine cartridges and keeps reminding me of this, but it works and that's what I need it to do. Got it at 20% off, so from £61 down to £41 so that was a nice surprise.

I bought this toner to fix the 'No Toner' warning on my Brother colour laser printer. I was desperately hoping that it would fix this issue after I had repeatedly removed the old cartridges, given them a shake and replaced them, only for this message to reappear. I'd read online of faulty chips, which the cartridges and toner use to connect and communicate, and if I'm honest I was thinking the worst when I'd installed the yellow cartridge and the message reappeared. Only after replacing all of them did my problems disappear and was left with a fully working printer once again. I still can't help thinking that there could have been unused toner in the other cartridges, but that isn't the fault of Cool Toner, so was never going to be negatively reflected in this review. I definitely recommend Cool Toner cartridges, because they work as advertised and are less than half the price of the OEM ones. I paid less than £70 for a full set of 4 colours and a spare black one, which is great value, in my opinion. 11/10 would use them again.

I love this product so much. The print quality is amazing and prints out the exact same colour as the picture. It fits perfectly into my printer and is easy to install. The performance of this printer and the ink is fantastic as it works quickly and efficiently. The cost of this was good and at a really great price for ink. The printer ink runs smoothly and is just generally a good toner cartridge. I would recommend this ink to anyone who has this printer too! Thank you for your service.

Good toner. However, sometimes you get a toner which is showing as empty. Fortunately you can easily reset the counter and it will work again. 1. Open the lid of the printer, keep it open 2. Press and hold both the X and BACK buttons at the same time 3. Release after a couple of seconds and press the BACK button once more 4. Choose which toner cartridge to reset. (HC = High Capacity, STD = Standard Capacity).

I bought these compatible toner cartridges for my [printer model] to save some money on printing costs. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. These cartridges were much cheaper than the genuine ones. The print quality is decent. Text is clear and sharp, and graphics look good for most everyday printing needs. These cartridges were just as easy to install as the genuine ones. No mess or hassle. There have been a few reports of people having problems with compatible cartridges damaging their printers. I haven't had any issues myself, but it's something to be aware of.
