Ultra Pet Clumping Crystal Cat Litter, White Crystals with Multicolor Crystals

I'm new to crystal litter. I never knew the odor control that was available with it, BUT the ones in the store hurt kitty paws due to their shape and it's not long until it smells like a urinal since the pee is still in it. My cats act out when they start to smell it (ie spraying outside the box, etc.). This is the first time I've seen a clumping silica litter, so I was hopeful and definitely wasn't disappointed. The pee clumps easily and the silica absorbs ALL the ammonia smell, which I was skeptical since it's such a fine grain. Getting the urine soaked litter out in clumps prevents the urinal smell that normally happens so quickly with non-clumping silica litter. And the fine grain is soft on kitty paws and much less offensive if stepped on. It does scatter, but I'd prefer fine grain over the pearls that roll everywhere, or the lego-like larger crystals. I have 3 cats and in just two bags and ONE box (which I don't normally do, but did to test this out) it's still going strong with no smell, clumping well, and it's been 2 weeks. I LOVE this litter!!! I do have a kitty that scrapes away ALL the litter to pee so he generally just pees on no litter, but it still clumps when it's spread over the puddle of pee. Sometimes, if there's a fine layer of litter that he pees on, it can get to be very hard and crusted instead of clumping, but it doesn't give off smell still and it does come up in shards when scraped at well. If you have a non-stick box, I'm sure it helps with that, but I don't. Unsure why the price is so much higher for packs of 2 or 3, etc, so I just buy multiples of the single to get it at the lowest price. All in all VERY VERY happy and frustrated that I only found this now. Forever cat litter!

After 12 hours of putting this out, I had to dump it. The litter got EVERYWHERE around my home. The tracking is horrible. It’s super tiny and fine so easy to spread around the home.

It's OK, but doesn't soak up the cat urine so makes changing the litter kinda gross, also 0 oder eliminators so my house always stunk. Also to expense for it not doing the job

It is as stated, low dust, soft on paws, micro crystals, clumps well, and stays fresh. I have 2 cats, both used it right away, no hesitation which I might have expected, a change from the regular litter I was using. I left the box out with the litter they were used to. They actually preferred this litter a lot more. This is the only litter I will order from now on. Perhaps a bit more expensive than other litters, but it is worth it to me, especially with the low dust, now all my furniture, tables, etc. are less covered, so I do not have to continually clean!!
