Notable change in taste and quality of some of the refill packs. Last refill pack i received I found reduced thickness, reduced chocolate flavour, reduced sweetness. When dilutes in water it used to be thick earlier but this one was thinner in nature. That was a huge disappointment from the brand and a trust breaking act

Because of this experience, I immediately stopped using the product and will not consume it again. I cannot say with certainty that the product caused my condition, but based on my personal experience, the symptoms started soon after taking the first serving. I strongly recommend that anyone trying this product for the first time be very cautious. If you have a sensitive stomach or experience any unusual symptoms, stop using it immediately and seek medical advice. I am sharing my experience to help other buyers make an informed decision.
