Like in school, the best part of the day is RECESS!
I tried these from a local grocery store ~1yr ago and I literally paid $5 for one can! But I was really interested in trying it because I'm always trying to find natural ways to relax that do not include alcohol. This strawberry rose flavor was one of the first ones I tried because I LOVE rose and this one is such a delightful flavor. It's light and refreshing and truly helps keep me calm and centered. I pop one of these open anytime I've been dealing with way too much BS and it's a huge help to bring me back down to earth. I have a low patience threshold for churn and annoyingness so I rely on things like this, movement, and mindfulness to keep me sane! I was really excited to see these in a larger pack on Amazon for a reasonable price because like I said, when I first tried it I paid an absurd $5 for one! So overall really happy with these and will keep buying them because they're so relaxing and effective. And! You really get the best bang for your buck when you subscribe and save so I sat mine at 1 month for now, but depending on how far I can space them out I may move it to two.

This flavor is mild and relaxing -
I am a big fan of the Recess drinks. For me, they help with rest and relaxation. I generally have a glass of wine followed by a Recess drink - rather than several glasses of wine. Or, I make a mocktail with a Recess and some tart cherry juice.

Very good wine substitutes for wind down before bed. A little pricey though.

I love this stuff!
I actually depend on these drinks for anxious things like job interviews. It is not fantastic tasting but also not terrible. I have terrible anxiety problems and don't take prescription meds so this has been great. I realize it is just simple ingredients everyone takes now, and maybe a placebo effect type thing, but works for me! I like that it is a fizzy drink and helps me feel at ease. I also tried the powder, but I like this ready to go drink more.

Delicious & Calming!
First off when you pop thar top the aroma of fresh strawberries is wonderful. I enjoy this drink every evening, it makes you feel very relaxed and the taste is fabulous! Try it, you won't be disappointed!
