Nuun is still one of my favorite electrolyte options, especially because it has much less sugar than a lot of other electrolyte tablets on the market. It dissolves well, tastes clean, and does what it’s supposed to do when you need hydration support. I use these regularly and genuinely feel better when I’m consistent with electrolytes, whether that’s for workouts, long days, or overall hydration. Personal thought: My only real downside is the packaging and flavor variety. This pack came with four bottles of the same flavor, and by the time I got to the third one, I was honestly a bit tired of it. I would have loved a mix — maybe two bottles of one flavor and two of another — just to keep things from getting repetitive. That said, the quality is still there. If you’re looking for a lower-sugar electrolyte option that works well and tastes good, Nuun is a solid choice.

I like these tablets because they don't take up the space of premixed drinks and I can tuck tablets into handbag or gym bag to use as needed away from home. They dissolve pretty easily. The taste is okay. Ingredients are simple. I use them when my energy is drained or when I get leg cramps. The price is good compared with some of the alternatives.

These make water so much more enjoyable. I'm not great at drinking enough water, but these help a lot! They can taste overwhelming at first, but I dilute them into a larger water bottle and it just gives it that little extra.

I was skeptical, because I don't care for the taste of Stevia. But these are truly awesome! They take a bit to dissolve but worth the wait. I couldn feel the effect almost instantly. Less expensive than the powder kind.I will be purchasing again for my glp-1 journey.

I used these as I was training for a marathon and they helped a lot! All the flavors taste great (strawberry lemonade is my favorite though!). Having electrolytes made a huge difference in my performance and hydration for my race so I'll definitely be using these in the future!
