Great gift for my husband who recently purchased a smoker
I purchased this for my husband and it works wonders! Only problem is the sleeve which opens at the top (or bottom) depending on which way your hold it. It is super sharp and could definitely cut you if you are not careful.

BEST Steak knife I've ever had!!!
Excuse my language but I LOVE this damn thing!!! It cuts like butter!!! Even on well done steak (I'm a medium Rare person, my friend likes well done...gross lol). But I pull the steak out the oven, give it a nice sear, let it rest and when it's time to cut that bad boy... this is my goto knife.... it's so sharp and amazing. For me it literally sinks through the meat! Seriously, you cannot go wrong with this brand!P.S. Make sure you hand wash this and hand dry to get the most life out of this beauty, treat it well!
