I plaid sports all my life and in college and I would always be sore. I bought this to use while recovering from a practice, lift, or game and I would sit and do my homework and it is just amazing. It wraps around your collar and just keeps you so warm and cozy and really helps with back pains or soreness!

The ComfyTemp was just what I needed for my neck and shoulder pain. I was using a regular square heating pad but it was so hard to get it to the right position. The ComfyTemp covers both my neck and shoulders at the same time and has a wide variety of temps and timing settings.Yes, it was a GREAT buy!!!!!!!

This helps a lot with my sore neck. The material is very soft and it is a good shape for shoulders/neck.I wish the snap was adjustable and not removable, but, that's not the biggest deal for me.It has a really long cord so unlike other heating pads, I don't feel tethered to the outlet, also the controls are in a good place along the cord so they're reachable also.

This is a great item to have but it's too heavy for my needs. Worked great but too heavy on my shoulders. Will probably donate to veterans for pickup. I gave it 5 stars because there is nothing wrong with it and it does work.

Great heating pad- soft weighted material. It heats quickly with lots of levels of heat with auto shut off and versatile for back,neck and even knees or shoulders. I love it. It arrived quickly and I'm very pleased with it.

Love this product! Heats up immediately and perfectly warm. Control is easy to use. I bought a second one right away so the two of us coukd have pur own. I had a problem with one and it was immediately replaced. Very good customer service.

The product works great. This item was a gift for my friend. She loves it, it helps her out with her neck and shoulders pain. It relaxes her sore muscles.

Heats well, the weighted feature is nice. Love that I can leave on as long as I want. The only thing I dislike is how easily the plug falls out where it attaches to the pad. But it’s not a deal breaker. Have really utilized it recovering from whiplash.
