Terrible product, waste of money.
Terrible product, says universal fittings to fit most taps on the packaging, yet doesn't fit any of the 3 types of taps I have in my house. Doesn't form a proper seal so water comes out backwards. If the pressure is even slightly too high they shoot off the taps too. The hose had a leak under the shower head connector as well as one of the tap fittings.

I'd buy this again
Well made shower attachment that is a good length and fits snugly over my taps. I've deducted one star as an internal washer was missing where you screw the shower head into the shower hose. This caused water to leak out of the shower hose. Once I inserted a washer the problem was solved. Maybe they need to be better at their quality control but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Wrong product for me
Was the wrong fitting for my bath it was a single twin taps and not two separate taps the shower came a week earlier that estimated date and works so it was my mistake for not reading the listing right, it leaked near the shower head though but maybe the washers provided which I didn't add (I was testing the shower head) helps with that.

Poor quality. 6 months after purchase the hose sprays little leaking jets from both joints.

Absolutely rubbish. Water spurts out of the tap backwards and nothing comes out of the shower head. Total waste of money.
