Still looking for good bread recipes that use bean based GF flour blends
For some reason, every recipe I have tried lately has warned against bean based flours/blends. I know I have used this before, and it probably was at least semi-successful, but it is all a bit hazy. So I am doing more research. Will post update with anything remarkable. One last note: This blend lists "Potato Starch" as it's second ingredient. If you are sensitive to nightshades, this can be a big problem. For some people, nightshade allergens can be very dangerous. Just an FYI.

Great gluten free flour blendโฆ. literally use it in all my baking!!
So our family is recently gluten free and we were having trouble finding an alternative gluten free blend for all-purpose flour that didnโt contain Xanthum gum. I came across this and was so happy the price was less than the BobS 1-1 flour in blue bag!! Also, love the resealable bag. It definitely has a special taste before baking(youโre not to eat it raw anyway) but after baking it, its taste subsides. Great health benefits and nice consistency especially if you sift before mixing in your recipe!
