I am a big skeptic when it comes to supplements - BUT - THIS actually HELPS me! I'm a young 69 and my memory seems to be getting a bit off... losing a word here and there, but was getting more often. I got a bit nervous. I tried these and I CAN TELL A DIFFERENCE!! My words don't disappear, or train of thought jump the track as often as long as I take them Regularly! I am SO relieved to see something actually Help! I tell anyone who mentions memory issues to me about this Ginkgo! It's a very good quality product, and a great value for the price, easy to take daily without any after taste or taste at all :-) There are very few additional ingredients which is Very good now days! Mostly in the capsule for this pill. This is a product in my Subscribe & Save for sure!

This is an old alternative med that has been used for many years to improve memory. It is lower cost treatment alternative and I believe it has helped me with memory deficits.

I rarely leave review but the results are so impressive I feel like I have to. I had AD all my life and tried many things that don't really work or I can't really tell the difference. I won't name them here but either on prescriptions or nootropics, nothing really worked and I was randomly looking on Amazon and found this. I didn't high expectations to be honest. At this point my life is on timer with my smartwatch to help me to get things done. However, and I'm sure many with AD would agree, the missing link is the motivation to do those things. It just feels a bit forced. So here I am buying those supplements + 1 other made of mushrooms. I take the pills and hope for the best... After all it's not expensive. Where did I get into?? In like 20 or 30 minutes it's like I had a sudden boost of energy and clarity... No mental fatigue and the desire to just get things done... That famous motivation I was talking about. No hesitation, no procrastination - instead - finding more things to do, using that wave of energy and mental clarity. And it last a very long time. At that point I was like : ok, something did happen here. My only problem is I felt that energy around bedtime - it was something mental more than physical , like I felt I could do more. But anyway I was scared it was maybe just me, being on a good day and feeling more motivated than usual right? Well... I woke up early for work and really didn't want to leave my bed. I took them and went to work. It takes me 25 minutes. Arrived I felt so energized and clear, no more fatigue but also I noticed I was overall in a good mood, talkative and very alert and in the conversation... With always this motivation to get things done... I might have heard the name of those supplement and never really paid attention before... But I'm completely sold at this point and will get them every months. That's only my experience and maybe I come from very far so I feel the effects more, I don't know... But I highly recommend a try and let's see if that works for you. As far as I'm concerned,I won't spend a day without!

Great ginko biloba herbal support. The supplement size is perfect, the quality is great and they help with my eyesight, sleep, mood and focus. They use quality herbs do that you get a well made quality supplement that does great to help keep you healthy.

Unable to use it . I am on blood thinners. May cause a stroke.

This is my 1st time trying this supplement, so far so good. It helping me to focus at school, I have noticed improvements. Everything of course need physical activity too for more improvement.
