Yes, this is good to use for hand embroidery projects on lighter weight or loosely woven fabrics.

If i layer & baste this between velvet fabric will it prevent it from creeping while sewing? even my walking foot & basting doesn’t prevent it help!!

I do dense complicated machine emb on rich velvets. I spray on lt wt stabilizer on back and then float non stretch under the hoop. on top mI use a washaway lightweight but I can tear it all away. a little of mist won’t hurt the velvet. I also hoop this on sticky so no hoop burn. Use slanted basting sts further in then seam line to prevent creep.

Yes. They could be. I used 2 for a patch.

Dear Amazon Customer- there is also a such thing as “fusible” stabilizer and yes it’s for embroidery. They didn’t ask if this is fusible interfacing. They just asked if it was fusible. Lol

Good quality and price

This is a great tear away stabilizer. Used for machine embroidery for a logo on an order of sweatshirt hoodies. Works great, very stable and stitching came out perfect. I really like tear away better than cut away. It looks neater and so much easier to remove after embroidery. Does a great job and price is great! Highly recommend this product to everyone.

Good quality but seems heavy weight to me

This is a rather heavy paper. It is listed as medium but is hard to tear away. I figured “medium” would be a lighter weight. I am using it as stabilizer for sewing fabrics by machine. Perhaps for embroidery it is a good weight. I probably need light weight.
