This pen arrived broken. The cap is stuck on the pen. Removing it disassembles the pen. Unable to use it and unable to return it. Really upset

I have been searching for a teeth whitener that does not include artificial sweeteners (which I am allergic to) and this one works great!

If I want to go on a trip, getting up in the morning early, doing this will help. I consider teeth-whitening to be a lifelong pursuit. I have yellowed, and grayed teeth due to coffee, tea, duress, and medications. I have a whitening kit from the dentist. I will be using it after I finish getting the most out of a "whitening brush" technique that I love. This works similarly to another less expensive pen method. With both, you have to do a procedure. If you cannot do it you will find yourself burning through money. I have a nervous tick preventing me from doing what is necessary to finish this. I tried with the other pen I have, and the same thing happened. So I put it off for days. Now that I can see how much better the product is (mild, flavorful, fresh), compared to the others like this, I prefer this one for when I am not home for a few days. I like to do the stronger formula professional whitening trays at least 2-3 days per week for a half hour, until I am tolerating the bleach. With my favorite over-the-counter methods, this pen, and my whitening brush, are my preferred methods. The brush is my favorite because I am doing what comes natural, brushing my teeth. This is what I will do anyway, day and night. So this one is third place so far, for over-the-counter methods. Easy to take with you on a trip. I have an advantage over other teeth-whitener enthusiasts. I only have to whiten four teeth. The others are all hardware. I recommend finding what feels more natural to you, or what will be the most effective, specific to your lifestyle. Enjoy!
