Why does it stop working after using it one time?

It might be because you turned it on and off too many times. Read the manual, it tells you this will cause it to stop. Wait a few minutes then started it again, assuming the battery is charged.

can battery be replaced on floor police??

I would like to know if the battery is replaceable because it would be nice to have one battery charging while using the other battery. Which leads me to another question of does the battery charger only hook to the mop itself or will it charge a battery while not in the mop?
