I absolutely really like these mushroom complex high strength tablets, as someone that has ADHD, and has problems with staying focused, and occasionally gets mind fog because i have problems staying focused on certain tasks or situations, aswell as having problems staying asleep, these tablets really do help me with all those problems. I have been using Mushroom complex tablets for a good couple of years now, and I can honestly say they definitely do work. I would most definitely recommend these Mushrooms complex tablets to anyone whom experience the same problems as I do. The tablets are easy to swallow, and the price is reasonable. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family.

Quite weak strength, no apparent changes in six weeks

They do switch you on after a 4 or 5 days. You just think straight, no brain fog.

I think these work. I like to, how do I say this, bake in the evening? This can make getting out of bed the next morning a bit difficult coz those cakes are gooood. Brain fog first thing. Lethargic. Big CBA vibes.... So I'm on month 3 with these- so they're well in my system and I have to say I'm experiencing a big difference. They're a bit pricey and it's annoying having to take 2 at a time but, they dont taste of anything and go down ok- so it is what it is. Vast reduction in brain fog, more energy, and dare I say it- not just in the morning. I'm 44 and reaching that age where just breathing seems to cause bits to drop off-so I was happy, and surprised, that something that sounds like pseudo waffle actually helped! I've also recommend them to friends- who also have had positive results. Try it out. I felt a difference during month one so one sachet will be a good indication of if it's working for you!

No me detendré a analizar los beneficios de cada uno de los hongos en particular sino que expondré los beneficios de forma generalizada. Los hongos son excelentes para tu microbiota. Tienen propiedades antioxidantes y antiinflamatorias. Ayudan a tu sistema inmunológico y nervioso, reducen el colesterol, y la fatiga, controlan tu presión arterial, son beneficiosos para tu hígado y en la actualidad se están estudiando sus propiedades en la enfermedad de Alzheimer, el cáncer y el herpes. Este complejo lleva 120 cápsulas y la dosis es de 2 cásulas diarias lo cuál quiere decir que el paquete dura dos meses. Por otro lado cada cápsula contiene 1200 mg de hongos. En su libro the longevity paradox, su autor Steven R. Gundry director del International heart and lung institute y del Center for restorative medicine se desvive en alabanzas hacia los hongos. Creo que es un buen complemento a buen precio. Si quieres más cantidad deberias irte al polvo aunque no sean muy malos de gusto tampoco es que sean muy buenos y normalmente en polvo solo encuentras de un solo hongo.
