This is working for me!
Don't want to call this a miracle pill yet, but this one has certainly worked for me. Approximately 7 lbs in a month. Have not changed anything: Low carb diet, intermittent fasting (9 pm to 12 pm), 35-40 min elliptical 6 days/week. I only take one right around noon with my lunch (about 500 kcal). Total kcal is about 1200-1400 usually. This does suppress appetitite and the caffeine does help in the afternoon, so no coffee after I finish the first 2 cups in the morning.

Not impressed
Used it for a month. It did nothing. On a regimen of working out 5 days a week. 175-230 grams of protein per day. Very small fat intake. Very consistent diet for the last 4 months and this product showed zero results.

I have been taking the instant knockout for years. Works great. This order was a little off due to receiving an empty package and having to reorder. I was out for a week

1 month review
It's been 1 month since I included Instant Knockout into my daily routine. With a steady, not-so-strict diet, working out 4-5 days a week a little cardio I've managed to drop 16lbs so far and counting. Time to re-up!!!

Waste of money.
Did not receive any of the advertised benefits--it was a waste of money because I could not return it. When I took the pills, I became sleepy.
