No, it cannot. I go through dozens of these units weekly that are failing to push advertised wattage to RTX 3000 series cards. Even a 1000W unit has failed to power a 5900X/3070. They are the sole cause of system failures across multiple System Integrators, only rivalled by Gigabyte for bad PSUs due to Gigabytes actually EXPLODING. Do NOT cheap out on the most vital component of your PC. Apevia PSUs are garbage.
