how do you remove the sim card from a lt500

Its spring loaded. Depress it carefully with the corner of of a plastic credit card or popsicle stick, then pinch it with your fingernails to pull it out. Be gentle.

Will this work with fire stick for my tv ?

No, you go to the webpage to manage it while having a hard wire line between it and your PC.

Does this include the adapter for a nano SIM card?

The one I got did not include the adapter for a nano card but I purchased one separately.
