Epoxy Fast Dry 2.1 low voc DTM Primer & Sealer Gray Quart Kit, SMR-260G-Q/261-8 Epoxy primer & sealer with great color & gloss holdout. SURFACE PREPARATIONS Clean surface with a Wax and Grease Remover. Sand metals or old paint with 180 grit and re-clean. SPRAY SETUP HVLP : Fluid Tip 1.3-1.6 mm, Spray Pressure 8-10 psi APPLICATION Epoxy Primer should be applied in medium wet coats, with a 10-minute flash period between each (at 70 °F). One to two coats is enough to achieve the desired dry film thickness. Epoxy primer may be topcoated after approximately 30 minutes per coat, or up to about 3 days. After three days, the primer MUST be sanded prior to topcoat application.
