Very happy with purchase!
These artificial candles seem to be of good quality. They’re a thick plastic so they shouldn’t melt in the sun like wax LED candles. The only problem I had with these was in trying to open the battery compartment (they each take 3 AA’s). When I tried with the first one, I couldn’t get the cover to turn without feeling like it was going to break. When I finally was able to turn the cover, I found there was a thin rubber gasket underneath. I couldn’t see any reason they were necessary so I took them out, and without the gaskets they open and close easily. With the remote you can turn them on and off and choose flickering or not. They don’t have an automatic timer like some candles, so you have to turn them on every night but you can set the number of hours they stay on, and the remote makes it easy. They flicker nicely, and are definitely bright enough. Very happy with these!

Nice light and won't melt
These candles are great for use in lanterns or as patio decor. They definitely look plastic and the flame is just a light, not flickering...which is way I deducted a star. But after cleaning melted wax out of my outdoor lanterns, these will give a pretty light without a mess and look nice from a bit of a distance.

Beautiful battery operated candles
These amazing candles are stunning in any room, to set the atmosphere just right. Battery operated and easy to use. Comes in several different colors and sizes, with your remote control you can easily set your timer. I would purchase an item again. We are very happy with this product..

Disappointed
Bought in June. Even after putting in fresh batteries, one of the candles stopped working.
