Works perfectly. 2011 Ford F-150
We recently purchased a small camper trailer that our F-150 could tow easily, but the stock mirrors on the truck were too small to see around it. We wanted mirrors that could see around, but was collapsible. These will manually extend, and can be folded for the car wash. They have very bright (seen easily during the day) turn signal lights on the bottom. They do not vibrate when we drive down the road. The quality is very good for the price. They were very easy to install (I installed these by myself on my husband’s truck). They are plug-and-play, so they fit the wires that are already there and the turn signal lights on them function appropriately.

Excellent mirrors
These mirrors look like they’ve been there the whole time. After I figured the trick ck to getting the door skin off it was a breeze to install these mirrors. I did use the foam gasket that was on the OEM mirror, it covered more area behind the base plate. One of the mirrors had bent pins in the wiring connector, so the turn signal didn’t work. I contacted Amazon and the replacements were on the way. I love the look and functionality of these, not to mention that all the functions were already included in the existing wiring. 6/14/2019I’ve towed my camper with them now and like them even more. Unlike towing with my mirror extensions there is only one mirror to look at. With the extensions, you would look at your normal mirror and then the extension. It’s far less distracting and I like the fact that it is a true reflection and not a fish eye view.

Great tow mirrors
I have an 09 Ford F150. YouTube had plenty of how to remove the door panels (super easy to do) and I used the OEM nuts to secure the mirrors because they have a wider base than the ones the mirrors come with. Installation was about 10 minutes a mirror.I have done a weekend escape with my travel trailer and these mirrors were worth every penny for visibility over the stock, non-telescoping tow mirrors my F150 came with. I could actually see vehicles behind the trailer and the wide angle blind spot mirrors are so much better than those little corner ones that are OEM ones. The top mirrors are nice and big and were plug-n-play with the OEM harness for heat and adjust-ability. I just did a 1200 mile road trip to visit family at interstate speeds and these mirrors were stable at over the 9.5 hour drive each way. Puddle lights work fairly decent but it wasn't a selling feature for me since I don't do much driving at night. My only critique on these mirrors are the LED blinkers. You can't see them at all during the day. At night you can see they are working but pretty weak for output. Of course, I don't really care about that since they are awesome in every other way but I am just pointing this out if you were expecting them to work as good as the OEM ones. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars. They look good on the F150, significantly increase range of visibility, are great for towing my RV, and I expect these will hold up as long as the OEM ones did for durability. Well worth the price.

Good quality and simple install
I wish I would have bought these for my 2009 F-150 years ago. I have always just dealt with clip on mirror extensions when towing. Not a bad solution but the passenger side mirror would always freak me out because it had a different aspect of depth compared to the factory mirror. If I had known that I could watch a 5 minute U-tube video and invest an hour of my time and have both my mirrors replaced with these, I would have jumped on it a long time ago. Don’t worry if your current mirrors don’t have turn signals, puddle lights or defrost like the replacement ones. All the F-150 lines with remote mirror adjust have the same wiring connector and it includes wiring for turn signals and puddle lights. It’s a simple process to install. Four bolts and you can take off the interior door panel. Three nuts and you can take out the mirror. Pull apart the wiring connector and install the new mirror. Really, just search for a how to video. You’ll find dozens of them.As for this particular mirror, I found it to be good quality and good fit.

Really Nice Towing Mirrors!
NICE!! I installed these on my 2012 F-150 in place of the stock mirrors. These mirrors are every bit as good as OEM Ford mirrors, but cost much less. Our local Ford dealer wants in the neighborhood of $1500. to install OEM towing mirrors. I'm one of those guys that "if anything can go wrong....it will". But I was able to replace my original mirrors with these in about 1.5 hours. One hour to figure out how to do it on the driver door, then a half hour doing the passenger side. On a difficulty scale of 1 - 10 I would rate it a 2. Mostly because you need to find your 8mm metric socket for 2 small screws. A 1/4 inch socket will handle the other 2 screws. The view from these new mirrors is dramatic compared to the originals. The bottom blind spot mirrors are really great! One more thing: My original mirrors did NOT have 'puddle lamps', but these new ones do. Plugged them in and Wow - I now have nice working puddle lamps! One of the best upgrades I have added to my truck!

Needed the mirrors badly
His mirrors went on very easily. They fit just like they were supposed to. They do a very nice job and I was very pleased.

Update 10.16.20 upgraded review.
10.16.20So I originally gave these 1 star as the Puddle light just stopped working on passenger side in less then two months & mirror actuation motor very sticky / jumpy and not very responsive on Passenger side.Would move the rating to 3.5 but cant. I removed the puddle light cover (glued in so be careful not to crack it) and was able to replace the bulb that blew in less then 2 months. I have had to use duct tape on the edges of the puddle light cover to hold it in place as glue may cause the cover to crack if I have to replace the bulb again.Turn Signal Led's and heat feature are still working fine at this time and now the puddle lights are working. The motors used to adjust the mirror view angle are still a bit stiff and jumpy but work and they don't need adjusting very often so this is not a bit deal - as long as they keep working! If everything was working properly would give 5 stars. Look good, mirrors give good view and very easy to install.Seems to have cheap internal components though.

Just as good as OEM (so far anyway)
As I reflect on my mirror purchase (see what I did there?), there are good points and bad. First, the bad: 1) One of the mounting bolts was bent badly. This was quite obviously done before packaging. A little heat and some finessing, and I sorted that out. QC needs some work folks! 2) I found that the driver's side lower convex mirror doesn't adjust up enough for a sufficient view like the passenger side does. That sux for us tall fellas, but I can live with it.Now the good: 1) These are damn nice mirrors. I think every bit as good as the OEM pieces of sh!t I replaced. I did keep the mounting nuts though, as suggested in other reviews. 2) Very "plug and play" and easy to change! Pleasantly surprised that everything works just fine. 3) I actually like the all-black look better than the gravy sucking, poor excuses for mirrors that I replaced - which were 50/50 blue/black. All-in-all, I am quite impressed with this latest purchase!Uh-Oh...bad news update (for me anyway). I deducted a star from my initial review because I just realized that neither the curb lights OR the signal lights work on either mirror. So I pulled the door panel off again and rechecked the connection....it's as good as its gonna get. I see what the supplier says and provide another update....stay tuned.

Passenger side doesn’t work
Drivers side mirror is perfect. Everything works. Passenger side however, only the signal light works. Not the heat, power, or puddle light. So that’s annoying cuz I can’t get the mirror to angle where I need it. Easy to install tho. Took only like a half hour.

Bad electrical in mirrors
The signal lights in the mirrors worked for about one day then cut out. Took the door panels back off, checked both plugs, they both worked, put the door panels back on and they both stopped working shortly after again. They look good, that's all. Would not reccomend these to anyone.

Cheap quality and worse customer service.
Do not waste your money on these mirrors. Brand new out of the box the turn signals, heated function and RH mirror power adjust did not work. When I contacted customer service I was told the only way to get my money back was to send pictures after smashing the glass out.
