Great multivitamin.
I really like this multivitamin. Most are large and hard to swallow. These are smaller and easy to swallow. I also am able to take one in the AM and one in the PM.

Great multivitamin. Large tablet can be difficult to swallow at times, especially if I have a cold or sinus issue. Have switched over to Centrum's minis which are easy to swallow.
