These Solar Lights are a great way to add some spooky fun to the yard without much effort. The two-pack gives you good flexibility to decorate different areas, and the lights look especially nice once it gets dark. The different colors and lighting modes make it easy to create the festive atmosphere you want. I also really like that they are solar powered, so there is no need to run extension cords or worry about changing batteries. They charge during the day and automatically come on at night, which makes them very convenient. Setup is simple, and they are easy to place along a walkway, around plants, or near other outdoor decorations. They add a nice festive touch without being overly complicated, and the fact that they are weather-resistant makes them well suited for outdoor use. Overall, a fun, practical, and easy-to-use Halloween decoration that adds a good amount of color and atmosphere to the yard.

I don’t write many reviews, but for these I had to. I love tearing my house apart and taking on DIY projects, and I buy a lot of what I use from Amazon because of the convenience and pricing. Some things are worth the money, and some definitely aren’t. These solar spotlights are absolutely worth it. I’m very Type A and extremely detail-oriented—the slightest thing being “off” will bother me. I was specifically looking for a solar light that gives a TRUE 2700K warm light for that relaxed, calming ambiance. That is surprisingly hard to find with LEDs, especially solar lights. Most claim to be 2700K but look much closer to 3000–3500K. I had actually gotten to the point where I bought low-voltage landscape lighting and was planning to install a full low-voltage system instead, because I was having such a hard time finding solar lights with the color and output I wanted. Even some of the low-voltage lights that were labeled 2700K still didn’t look like a true 2700K to me. These solar lights actually do. The second thing I wanted was a genuinely low-light setting. I have a lot of plants and landscaping in my yard, and I wanted ambient/accent lighting, not for my backyard to look like a museum display or a baseball field. 😂 On the low setting, these are exceptional. They give off just enough warm light to highlight the landscaping without overpowering everything. I literally ordered six different solar spotlights that all claimed to offer essentially the same things, and these were the clear winner. They also actually last all night and into the morning, which impressed me. In the attached photos, it is actually dawn and the sun is already starting to come up, but you can still see how nice and soft the lighting looks. Keep in mind that color temperature can photograph a little differently than it looks in person, but these are genuinely a true 2700K warm white—not that brighter, cooler look that so many “2700K” LEDs end up having. Also, I’m still in the final stages of getting the yard set up, so the landscaping itself isn’t quite where I want it yet. But these lights are going to add that final relaxed, luxe touch in the evenings and pull the whole space together. I live in Arizona, where the sun absolutely beats down on everything, so time will tell how they hold up long-term. But so far, I’m extremely impressed. I normally would not spend this much on solar landscape lights, but in this case they are worth paying more for. I tried the cheaper competitors, and these were the only ones that actually lived up to the description and claims. If you’re looking for a true warm 2700K light with a genuinely subtle low-light setting, these are the ones.

Good quality with three brightness levels but was not constructed as easily to put together as others I’ve bought. Specifically, inserting the light into the first connecting rod required loosening three small screws. Also the connection between the part that you insert into the ground and the rod that connects to the light is loose. Other solar flood lights I’ve bought are a much more snug fit. Despite these temporary drawbacks, I am hoping they provide good nightlight to my landscape.

As a regular nighttime bike commuter, I was looking for a backup/supplemental headlight to a Niterider Lumina Micro 650 headlight. Bicycle lighting is infamous for getting ridiculously high mark-ups, and the only dedicated solar headlight I found was mostly a reflector and only had one LED on it. I've had much better luck with outdoor solar lighting on Amazon so I decided to think outside the box and got this. In addition to the solar charging, this light also has a micro-USB charge port, just like my current bike headlight, so in a pinch it will charge just like a phone. It also has hard on/off modes that are switch-governed, so you can turn it full off when storing your bike in the garage without worrying about the battery running down. Likewise, the light detection is good about putting the light on standby/off when passing through brightly lit areas at night to save battery. As it's designed for outdoor use being IP65 and UV-resistant plastic, there are no worries about it being damaged or degraded like you would by mounting a regular flashlight. It is also pretty lightweight for a light of its size. Time will tell if it will prove impact and vibration resistant, but at $30 for a pack of two, I have a replacement ready to go. Mounting it to the frame was a challenge, but using a brazed-on eyelet on my front rack, I was able to use a flexible U-shaped frame mount that came spare with a bike rack to attach it. The light has a pass-through hole in its base sized for an M3 machine screw that is used to help tighten its grip on the ball swivel on its stake, however, it can be used to mount it as well. I imagine one could also drill out mounting holes on the head of its stake, to use the ball swivel, as well. I recommend using lock washers and a wing nut for this, to prevent the headlight from drooping down and to make it easier to remove the headlight should it need a direct USB recharge. Finally, it just looks more like a bike headlight than a lot of bike headlights do these days, with a swept-back profile reminiscent of a time trial helmet. It puts out great, wide close-in illumination so you can make out objects on the road in front of you and avoid running them over.

To this day from the date of purchase, these lights have worked exceedingly well, and stay lit all night long. Most solar lights DO NOT come with USB capability. This means that the only way to charge them is with sunlight. With USB capability, you can give them a much better charge, IF it is USB capable. It comes with the USB cable, BUT DOES NOT come with the plug that is inserted into the wall outlet. I used my Apple power plug, plugging it into the wall, and plugged the USB cable into the Apple power plug. Also, make sure that the flat black solar panels are facing the sky where they will get the most direct sunlight. The three possible settings(bright to moderate brightness to nice mood light. You won’t be disappointed.

There were so many to choose from but I settled on these and couldnt be happier. They were ready to go right out of the box, no waiting to charge, very bright and included a charging cable but the solar panel has done its job so far.

EDIT 9/19/21: I bought another set, bringing my total to 4. All are charged via USB for 8+ hours daily, and it runs out in 8 hours - as advertised - when on high brightness. However when charged in full and unobstructed sunlight all day via the solar panel, the battery is dead within 2 hours flat on all 4 of my units. So if I want to get through the night and up to a few hours before sunrise with them working, I must bring them inside, every single day, and charge via USB. This product is not where it needs to be yet. Will be returning them all. Really wished they'd worked out. But nope. The solar panel is providing insufficient charge, as here in Texas I get plenty of sun on the daily with no shade blocking these lights from getting the solar energy they need to be able to effectively recharge. --- Original review: Pros: Good packaging. Nice design. Easy to install. Can charge via solar or USB. I like it. Cons: Fully charged battery (via USB, not solar) for 8+ hours empties before morning on high mode. Both units are charged the same amount of time, but one battery empties hours before the other. 18650 battery cannot easily be replaced by the user without risking damage to the waterproofing, so when the battery dies and needs replacement or if you want to upgrade to a higher capacity battery, you may not be able to. So your initial $30 purchase can double or triple as batteries fail if you are outside of the 24 month warranty period. Other thoughts: Wish it was brighter on the highest output mode. As with most things in your yard, this can easily be pulled and taken by petty thieves or trolls. If they made one that contained 3 18650 batteries that could easily be replaced by the user --and-- had 1.5X more brightness, I'd definitely buy it and give it 5 stars, because I think it would last all night long and be bright enough to satisfy my needs. I will probably be returning this product based on these observations. For the average person however, this might be a fit.

Installed yesterday. They are bright, good quality, adjustable in different directions and stayed on through the night.

Me gustó la opción de cambio de color automático, y si duran toda la noche. La opción de recarga con USB es muy conveniente para los días sin sol. Lo que no me gustó es que las luces tiene muy poco alcance. Pensaba ponerlas en pared a 3 m de distancia del lugar que quería resaltar con las luces pero no llegaban, así que tuve que poner las dos en el suelo en el lugar deseado. Se ven muy bonitas.

Jury is still out on how well they will perform in the winter with the reduced sunlight hours.
