Can this help with dandruff?

As far as a daily dandruff shampoo no. As far as an ongoing treatment to help with dandruff control it may help a bit as part of your entire routine. You need to use it once every other week as part of your routine and it should help with buildup. If your dandruff is caused by buildup then it may help reduce your issue.

How often are you supposed to use it?

I use it every other shower I take but it’s really up to you! I have pretty thick hair but I think those with thinner hair might use it less often!

Do you use it after conditioner or before conditioner?

After shampooing and conditioner. Pour the raspberry, scalp vinegar over your hair evenly, working into your scalp. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Rinse out.
